LocaeRise works with thousands of vendors, each with its own creation, fulfillment, and shipping processes. Since each vendor fulfills and ships your order directly, you can always contact the vendor if you have questions or need updates along the way.
How Can I Track My Order?
Every order will have a tracking number provided by the vendors. You can find the tracking number on your Orders page for each order. To track your order, select the order you want to track and click Track Package.
You’ll also receive an email with a link to the tracking number once your order has shipped.
If you have any issues with an order after it has shipped, it’s best to reach out to the brand through your Messages tab for more details.
What If My Order Hasn’t Shipped Yet?
The brand will provide an estimated ship date for your order. We will send you email updates about this date. If your order hasn’t shipped by the estimated date, you can contact the vendors via your Messages tab to confirm the reason for the delay.
How Long Will It Take for My Order to Ship?
Each vendors sets their own lead time, which is the amount of time it takes them to prepare and ship your order. You can view the vendors’ lead time while shopping, and we will provide an estimated delivery time when possible to help you plan your purchase.
If this is your first LocaeRise order, you may need to verify your account before your order can be processed and shipped. If your account is not yet confirmed, your order will show an On hold status in your portal until the account setup is completed.
